So, I refer to wikipedia. "Patriarchy is the structuring of society on the basis of family units, where fathers have primary responsibility for the welfare of, hence authority over, their families." I'm not sure what is the problem with that concept that you are like saying it's a bad thing. If I am missing something, please let me know. I mean, fathers really need to have that responsibility. It's not like saying no, women can't work. I don't know about the exact fatwa but I did say that they need to get back to the ground if they're saying something like wearing pants is not womanly.
